Email hello@wendell.dog within 90 days of delivery with your order number. We answer every email ourselves, within one business day. Your refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge. No need to return anything.
