Free standard shipping on all US orders of $29 and up — which means every Wendell order ships free. Orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you chose (every 2, 3, 4, 5 or 8 weeks, matched to your dog's size so you never run out). You can see your next delivery date in your account, and skip, pause or cancel any time before the next billing date. Subscriptions always ship free in the US.
If you and your dog aren't happy within 60 days of your first delivery, you get 100% of your money back. No partial refunds, no return-the-package hoops, no questions. You don't even need to send the tub back.
Email hello@wendell.dog within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We answer every email ourselves, within one business day. Your refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return anything.
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll update the address; otherwise we'll work it out with the carrier together.
Outside the US: if checkout offers shipping to your country, the applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
